Good for quick in n out shopping. But not by preferred store. Customer service zero. After hrs shopping- The ladys at the express line see's you coming from the corner of her eye and ignores you especially the senior positions, as if she is too busy and want you to use self serve. When you have a trolley full and using the self serve the person does not even look at you otherwise they might have to come over and help you. Reviewed. It has now improved a bit where staff at express line greats withs smile. I personally prefer to be served by a person who greats and smile. Not a computer (self checkout).

Home delivery not delivered. Delivered to wrong address. Took an hour to sort out after major stress. $300 of groceries almost stolen by Woolworths. No this service does not live up to advertising. It was not easier. I had to wait over 16 hours for another delivery. I had to buy extra groceries from Coles. Woolworths did not even offer any compensation for the major inconvenience and I had to prove Woolworths had taken my money and did not deliver. Never ever again. Woolworths just another monopoly company that doesn't live up to my expectations or advertising.

Im so so pleased to be served by my favourite deli girl peta, When I was told that she had gone on leave for a month and was undecided if she was coming back I was very upset and I started to go to the deli elsewhere. Mind you I have been going to this deli for the past 2 years since I have had my first great experience being served by peta as the other girls just see their customers as a pay check and their duty of care for their customers is very poor. Until 2 weeks ago I had to run into the rosemeadow woolies to grab something quick for dinner and to my surprise my favourite deli girl was back! Peta is definitely an asset to the rosemeadow woolworths deli, always polite and always the most inviting smile. Always Assists with recommendations and slices fresh deli meat without a sigh and eye roll. I also love that woolworths rosemeadow has hired a heavily tattooed person, her body art is definitely talk of the store so beautiful! If you ever get the chance to be served by peta in the deli I’m certain that it will be a marvellous experience
